Format:
• Date(s)
of Event (for on-going events give day of week)
• Title of Event
• Time of Event
• Description – Be as brief as possible (Long descriptions will be edited)
• Admission Price or state “free” – (This is REQUIRED)
• Location of Event
• Phone / Other Contact Information
So that we may
contact you with any questions regarding your event, please also provide the
following information at the bottom of your email:

Website (if applicable)
NON-PROFITS: Free, but subject to space availability.
NON-ADVERTISERS: $1 per word. Billed on credit card at time of listing.
ADVERTISERS: Free based on ad size. (see below) Additional listings are $5
each.
1/8 and below – 1 listing
1/6 – 5 listings
1/4 – 14 listings (descriptions should be very brief)
1/3 to 5/12 – 23 listings (descriptions should be very brief)
1/2 to Full Page – 30 listings (descriptions should be very brief)
SUBMISSION
DEADLINE
Event submissions must be received no later than NOON on the 3rd of the
month prior to publication. Events submitted after deadline will not be
accepted. NOTE: ON-GOING
CALENDAR EVENTS (ie…every week on Tuesday) MUST BE RESUBMITTED EACH MONTH.
